At Matt Mead Photography we believe that building relationships with our clients is the best way to serve them. This is why we value meeting all our inquiring couples face-to-face via video call instead of messaging back and forth through e-mail or texts. Because we value your time, our initial meeting lasts roughly a half hour. We share some of who we are and how our business came to be. Then, we also explain our booking process and help determine which of our photography packages fits the wedding day you have envisioned. Though it may be short and sweet, we firmly believe this meeting helps all of us feel certain that we’re a really good fit to work together.
Another way we get to know you as a couple is through a complimentary engagement photo session. While this hour-long session isn’t mandatory, per se, we strongly encourage all our couples to take advantage of it whenever possible. By using your engagement session, you get the chance to work with Matt in a relaxed setting of your choice. By the time your wedding arrives, you can feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera because you’ve already practiced ahead of time.
Throughout the MM experience, we stay connected to you through e-mail, text messages, and social media. We believe it's our job to help make your wedding day as simple and stress free as possible. You have enough things to worry about that day. Your wedding photography shouldn't be one of them. About a month before your wedding, we get together on another video call to map out your wedding day timeline and give you an idea of how the day will flow.
On the big day, we do our damnedest to make sure the timeline flows the way we planned. And if it doesn't, then we’ll just roll with it. And you'll never know one way or the other. We believe in giving you everything we have and coming home with nothing left in the fuel tank because you and your wedding day deserve nothing less.

You have a couple of options here. First, you can head over to the contact us page, fill out the form, and send it over to us. Or, send us a text message with your name, wedding date, and venue. Either way, we do our best to get back to you by the next business day.
If we're available on your date, we will then set up a time to meet, chat about your day, and create a package that fulfills your wish list. Your and your fiance's signatures on our contract plus a non-refundable deposit officially reserves your date on our calendar.
How can we book you?
You will get both! I photograph every wedding using two different cameras -- one dedicated to black and white and the other to color. The ratio of black and white to color photos you receive in your gallery may change based on your chosen wedding colors, venue, and/or preference. If you see a black and white image that you want in color, or vice versa, it is very likely that I will have it and can add it to your gallery.
