The Masonic Temple Erie is a dream spot for any wedding venue. Your ceremony and your reception can both be held here. There are several different areas of interest within this historic building. The Camelot Room and the Grand Ballroom are two of the most popular for weddings. In the reception area, you will find plenty of uplighting and decor to compliment your wedding style.
The Masonic Temple is located on the corner of West 8th and Peach Streets. This puts it in the heart of downtown Erie. WithIn just a few short blocks from the Masonic Temple there are iconic portrait locations that will let your love for the 814 shine.
Located on West 6th Street is the Presbyterian Church of the Covenant which is known for it's beautiful, Gothic architecture and classic wooden doors.
If you drive due north on State Street we can stop by Modern Tool Square. Its' vine covered walls (in the spring/summer) offer a nice rustic backdrop in the middle of the city. However, If a more urban look is your thing then just wait until the vines die in late fall and you can take full advantage of the exposed brick walls of this courtyard.
Just a few more blocks north of the Modern Tool building is Dobbin's Landing, home to Erie's most iconic landmark, the Bicentennial Tower. The lower platform offers a chance to highlight the tower to the north and city views to the south.

However, the Masonic Temple stands out as one of the most spectacular places I've had the pleasure of photographing weddings at. It was built in 1909 and remains one of the most distinguished buildings in Erie today. It still features original woodwork, marbled corridors, and outstanding ceilings, which makes it ideal for some truly amazing pictures. You have a couple of options here. First, you can head over to the contact us page, fill out the form, and send it over to us. Or, send us a text message with your name, wedding date, and venue. Either way, we do our best to get back to you by the next business day.
If we're available on your date, we will then set up a time to meet, chat about your day, and create a package that fulfills your wish list. Your and your fiance's signatures on our contract plus a non-refundable deposit officially reserves your date on our calendar.
How can we book you?
You will get both! I photograph every wedding using two different cameras -- one dedicated to black and white and the other to color. The ratio of black and white to color photos you receive in your gallery may change based on your chosen wedding colors, venue, and/or preference. If you see a black and white image that you want in color, or vice versa, it is very likely that I will have it and can add it to your gallery.
