We have had such a blast following our clients, Jennifer and Kevin, throughout many different gorgeous sessions. It was such a privilege to photograph not only their Anchor Plaza wedding but a night portrait session and a post-ceremony couple’s shoot! We love how their photos turned out — and how could we not, when there’s so much love in them?
The Anchor Plaza Wedding
Jennifer and Kevin’s wedding was set perfectly against the Anchor Plaza at Erie’s Courtyard by Marriott. The property is located on Sassafras Pier and offers incredible views of Lake Erie’s Presque Isle Bay. Of course, the beautiful scenery was still no competition for our happy couple, but it did make for an H2oh-so-perfect transition into their waterfront bridal portraits.
Bicentennial Tower Night Portrait Session
We’re always so happy when couples include us in their special day. When that day turns into night, we get even more lighting and photo opportunities! Jennifer and Kevin’s sparkler wedding exit proved that you don’t have to choose between “stun” and “fun!” After their grand finale, we headed to the Bicentennial Tower to capture some more portraits.
This iconic landmark is a must-stop for Erie-loving couples. Reaching 187 feet at its peak, the tower is a stunning backdrop and a great workout if you opt to conquer its 210 steps! With rustic steel and interior lighting, the Bicentennial Tower provides a perfect glow without making photos too busy.
Wintergreen Gorge Engagement Session
The photo fun doesn’t have to stop after the wedding! Kevin and Jennifer gave us the unique opportunity to capture more couple’s shots with a post-ceremony engagement session. Capturing life’s greatest moments is crucial, and we’re always happy to do it on your schedule.
After our visit to this park off of Cooper Road, we were convinced that “gorge” was short for gorgeous! The mile-long trail featured blooming trees and a bubbling stream. We had so much fun with this relaxed shoot — it was the perfect way to end our time with Jennifer and Kevin.
