When love like Michele and Dave’s comes around, you know there is going to be some history there. While they aren’t sure if they met in high school. “Might have even been middle school,” according to Michele, it wasn’t until after high school and into their mid-twenties, that their first date took place. They definitely liked each other, but the timing was off. And, so, they went their separate ways.
Reunited and It Feels So Good
About a decade later, Dave called Michele to meet him for a drink at Andy’s Pub. Both single and both available, it was easy to reconnect and the rest, as they say, is history. They both knew their relationship was serious when, after almost a year of dating, Michele met Dave’s kids. That meet up sealed the deal for them. Michele remembers, “It went SO great – better than we could have ever imagined!”
Best friends and partners in crime, these two spend their free time with Dave’s kids and playing games. They have a running series for Yahtzee and Dominos, best played on their front porch. It was on this front porch, next to the rose bushes, that Dave proposed to Michele one August day.

On a crystal clear day, overlooking Conneaut Lake, Dave and Michele said “I Do.” Wearing a timelessly elegant sweetheart style dress, resplendent with beading and lace, Michele was a radiant bride. Dave, with this crimson red tie and paisley suit coat, stood handsomely, smiling broadly while awaiting his bride.
