As wedding photographers based in Erie, PA, we’ve had the pleasure of capturing some of the most beautiful and meaningful moments of couples’ lives. We love that we get to photograph weddings in vineyards, art museums, by the lake, in the forest, and at some of the coolest downtown venues there are. It’s a privilege to document these love stories, and we’re always looking for new adventures!
Even though we’re still in early 2023, the wedding world works ahead. So we wanted to let you in on a little secret – we have BIG goals for 2024 and beyond! We want to travel more and photograph weddings in some of the world’s most stunning locations while we’re at it! Of course, the beauty and charm of Erie, PA will always be home. However, there’s something so thrilling about capturing love in far-off places. That said, let’s dive into some of the destination wedding locations we have our sights set on. We’re hopeful that we can find couples who want to celebrate their love in these stunning locales.
California Wine Country
Here is a destination wedding location that is near and dear to our hearts – the Napa and Sonoma Valleys of California. This is where we traveled for our own vow renewal ceremony, and would absolutely love to return for someone else’s big day! The endless rolling green hills, the perfect weather, and – or course – the luscious wine all make California wine country a perfect place to tie the knot.

Ireland
The rolling hills, rugged coastline, and quaint villages make this country a photographer’s paradise. There’s a sense of magic in the air in Ireland, and we love capturing that feeling. Whether it’s a castle wedding, a seaside ceremony, or an intimate gathering in a charming pub, we know that Ireland will provide endless opportunities to create stunning, meaningful images.
Italy
This has long been a dream wedding destination for us, and we can’t wait to capture the romance and beauty of this country. Specifically, Rome has us with stars in our eyes. It’s tough to beat the iconic grandeur of the Coliseum. Its greatness and significance make it a perfect spot for timeless images.
Then there’s the Forum, an ancient marketplace that tells the story of the city’s rich history, and makes for a stunning backdrop for extremely romantic wedding photos.
A more secluded setting in Rome is the Orange Gardens. This tranquil oasis offers stunning views of the city and is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle for some more intimate imagery. The fragrant orange trees and colorful flowers create a peaceful and romantic ambiance. Oh, and did I mention the views of the city are breathtaking? Regardless of the location, Italy is a country that oozes romance, and we need to capture that on film!
Mexico
Last, but definitely not least, on our list is the incomparable Mexico! Specifically, we are in love with Mexico’s Riviera Maya and Cozumel, among other areas. Their beauty and uniqueness is just unmatched, and we definitely want to add this to our destination wedding location lineup. From the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea to the ancient ruins of the Mayan civilization, the photo opportunities are endless. Imagine reciting your vows on a sandy beach with the sun setting behind you, or sneaking a kiss in front of a breathtaking Mayan pyramid. These are the memories that last a lifetime. Furthermore, the rich culture and hospitality of the Mexican people are so amazing. A Mexico destination wedding would be unforgettable!
