The weather’s cooling down, but there’s nothing like an engagement session to warm your heart! Cassie and Stefan approached us with the idea of a winter-themed Penn State Erie engagement photos, and we were so excited to help them celebrate. After a day of ice, snow, and wind, we got some captures that were undeniably cool. I had so much fun sharing in this couple’s perfect joy, and now I’m honored to be sharing their engagement photos with you!
The Epitome of an Erie Engagement

For Cassie and Stefan, that meant our pictures wouldn’t be complete without a nod to the Nittany Lions. Cassie graduated from Penn State Behrend, located right here in Erie! The classic buildings and landscape made for the perfect photo backdrop — plus, bringing her future husband to her former campus would be the perfect collision of two worlds.
Penn State Erie Engagement Photos
The Penn State Erie Behrend campus is one of the most beautiful stops in Erie. Throughout the year, the stunning red brick is accompanied by bright green quads and blooming flowers. Of course, winter brings its own twist to the beauty. Every surface was draped with bright snow, and the day’s strong winds brought life and movement to each picture.
Although the day was certainly freezing, I can’t help but feel warm and fuzzy looking at how the pictures turned out. It’s evident that Cassie and Stefan have a bright future ahead of them — and they won’t be leaving the Lions behind! Stefan plans to begin medical school at the main Penn State campus.
